Mental health services

Mental health servicesAnglicare Central Queensland’s mental health team provide individual support and group programs in communities across the region.

All services are free, and you don’t need a referral.  Simply contact your nearest Anglicare office to discuss your needs.

What you do while you’re working with Anglicare Central Queensland’s mental health team varies from person to person.  We work with your strengths, and keep your goals in mind all the time.

We might work on helping you with your health and developing skills to deal with life’s challenges, day-today living skills and looking after yourself, maintaining your relationships, and being part of your local community.

When you first get involved we’ll work together to identify your goals and map out a plan for your recovery.  This plan is as individual as you are: it’s about your priorities, your goals, and what a fulfilling, meaningful life looks like to you.

We can also provide information, education and advocacy, and can put you in touch with other services if you need some extra help.
