We provide a range of services to support people with disability, as well as families and carers. Our services are available to anyone, with any form of disability, from birth to 65 years of age.

Our focus is on building and maintaining your independence and supporting you to live as an active part of your local community.

Our services are flexible and responsive to individuals’ needs.  Every participant has an Individual Support Plan, put together by you and other significant people in your life. Individual Support Plans are as individual as you are, and reflect your goals, values and priorities. They may include photos, drawings, and communication styles tailored to you. They can be translated into languages other than English where required.

Eligibility and entry criteria to our services can vary, so please contact us to discuss how we can best meet your needs. Our disability support services are co-ordinated from our Biloela office at 79 Kariboe Street, phone (07) 4992 2421.

In the Longreach region, we support people with disability who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, or need help to stay in their current home. We also provide personal care and social support for people with disability up to 65 years of age. For more information, you can contact our Longreach office at 15 Pelican Street, phone (07) 4658 0431.
