Welcome to the Western Region

The services in the Western Region are managed from Longreach and has an area that spans over 675kms from Winton in the far west to Blackwater in the Central Highlands.  Each location has differing and varied programs operating within them to offer a range of services to meet the community need.
 
General activities of this region has been quite busy with such a large area to cover and the management of a diverse range of programs.  As much as possible, each centre operates using an integrated service delivery model where case meetings are held to enable our participants to receive as many services required and to refer to another agency or government department where needed.
